Disgusting delivery service. They constantly lose invoices and mess up at every step. We have long refused to cooperate with them. But from time to time, customers order dpd themselves.
Below is an example with a photo of how this service works. Delivery from Minsk to Vitebsk on April 14. They handed the store administrator a form and a packaged product with a side from which the damaged packaging is not visible. The product itself (the fixtures) is also damaged. The customer's claim was answered by phone - you signed the delivery form, that everything is fine - your problems. Customer orientation is 0 out of 10.

Through the DPD service, we ordered cargo delivery from Rostov-on-Don to Minsk. The cargo is lost. The issue has not been resolved for two weeks. The Key Account Management service cannot provide information on any issue, in response: "we will call you back." And that's it, no calls. Each of our appeals on the same issue is like the first time for the employees of this company. They communicate with clients exclusively using memorized scripts. The issue is not being resolved in fact. As soon as there is an unusual situation, everything is gone, the issue will not be resolved in any way!!! I don't recommend it.
