I was traveling on 10/25/2024 from Warsaw to Minsk by bus on the Wroclaw - Gomel route. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind atmosphere and responsiveness of the drivers. Although the bus is not new, it is many times better than the new Chinese, it was very comfortable. The drivers are cool!

The driver in the cabin said that you can put things no more than 5 kg on the top shelf. I got up and tried to put the blanket down. At that moment, the bus started moving abruptly and I fell on my back. Terrible pain. A guy helped me up. I know that drivers should be informed about the fall. But I couldn't walk because of the pain. And my goal was not to go to the hospital, but to visit Wroclaw. Fortunately, I had an ibuprofen with me. I got there with the help of painkillers. I want to inform you that it is this bus that makes a very sharp jerk at the beginning of the movement. On the way, another guy almost fell, and the second one almost fell out of the bus when it started moving with the door open. It was at the border control. Miraculously, the young man managed to jump out and not fall. The driver does not look at what is happening in the cabin, whether passengers are standing or getting off. He starts off abruptly, ignoring the people. I returned home by bus from the same company, CHTUP - Highway E95. Different bus, different drivers, safe ride. I'll attach a photo of the step I fell on and the bruise from contact with the metal corner. As a neighbor on the bus told me: it's good that I didn't fall with my temple or the back of my head on this corner. Then it would have been a different story.

I was driving from Brest to Poznan. We stood in line at the border for 10 hours. After 2 hours, I decided to buy a bottle of beer, the driver came running, shouted like a child, said he would drop me off on the bridge, climbed into a backpack, what's the matter? Later, I met people and told them, yes, they say we also had such situations, it would be fine if we were drunk or drinking on the bus.
