The Nakhodka Travel Agency really justifies its name, since such a "service" needs to be searched for. Just a few days ago, I returned from a trip, accompanied by a director from this company, and I really want to share my impressions.
When we were taken to the meeting point (we were traveling from Minsk), no one met us or accompanied us to the bus, the "director" Pavel did not answer the calls, and there was no way to contact anyone else. I had to go into the unknown on my own with all my suitcases and look for a bus. Next, there was a question with seats, since other people took ours (and we booked them for a fee, at the conclusion of the contract), we were offered other places, transplanting people, however, the company did not take responsibility for the mistake, calling us scandalous persons (later, they thought so about us). But what is the scandal? We wanted to get a paid service.
We were told that due to the loss of time at the border, our stops would be shortened and they took 15-20 minutes (there was almost a full boarding on the bus, respectively, queues to the toilet, to the checkout for groceries, until we could connect to Wi-Fi, inform our loved ones that everything was fine - it took longer), the only thing that, there were stops for hot meals for about 40-45 minutes and then, in the end, we were persistently pushed faster. Also, our "director" promised us WiFi on the bus throughout the entire route, but the wrong password was announced twice + after 15 minutes everything disappeared and there was no Internet. Along the way, they didn't tell us any interesting facts about the cities they passed, they just turned on some kind of movie, without even explaining what it was and what it was for. Also, on the way back, it was not reported whether there was a paid toilet at the bus stop or not.
Arrival for the first night and check-in was not bad. Our "director" threw links to points of interest into the group (despite the fact that many people do not have free Internet in a foreign country), without telling how to get to them in detail, but only a few words barely audible. In the morning, we went down to breakfast with our suitcases to leave after breakfast, however, our departure was postponed an hour later and we returned to our rooms. An hour later, they wrote to us that the departure was still delayed. Neither the reason for the delay nor the approximate waiting time was reported to us until we began to be indignant, since about 1.40 had already passed since the first message about the delay. the total amount of waiting time turned out to be 3 hours, and the reason was a broken bus wheel, which could have been warned so that there would be no unrest and we could I would like to allocate this time usefully.
Upon arrival in Greece, we were shown only a sign to the nearest store and that's it. We found out on our own that there is also a shop nearby and a whole street with souvenirs and cafes/ restaurants. If there were any questions, our "director" answered everything that he had nothing to do with it and people decided everything on their own (thank God, we didn't have such questions specifically).
The third hotel for the night is a separate horror! Check-in was allegedly at 15.00, but we arrived earlier at 12.00, they collected 5€ from us for an earlier check-in per person! A big question arises: why per person, and not per room? I would like to receive detailed explanations about this!! Also, our "director" said that there would be lunch at the hotel for an additional fee, but upon arrival at the hotel, it suddenly turned out that there was no lunch at the hotel on weekends! To go to the store in Hungary, you need to have either a card that works in the EU (not everyone had one), or exchange cash, but the money exchangers did not tell us a word. The room itself is just awful and dirty!
On the way back, our "director" resigned his authority, taking Tatiana as an assistant to another guide, who really helped with solving issues (for which I really thank her very much!).
I would never want to go again accompanied by "nakhodka" and "director" Pavel in particular. In my opinion, the person is not competent in the matters entrusted to him! I would like to receive clarifications on all issues.

Калимера) Спасибо компании Находка за наш отличный отдых в Греции. Ханиоти, Халкидики, Греция- это наша любовь. Надеемся снова вернуться на эти гостеприимные земли. Спасибо за возможность посетить этот кусочек рая на земле. Спасибо Павлу за организацию и четкий подход к делу. Спасибо водителям, Владимирам, за доброжелательность и профессионализм. Спасибо за соотношение цены и качества. Мы отдыхали в 3* ,но все работники отеля очень дружелюбные, озывчивые, как на все5*.Как будто попадаешь в греческий дом с гостеприимными хозяевами. Хотя именно так и есть.Они проделали огромную работу. Когда уезжали,было ощущение, как-будто покидали бабушкин дом, такими все стали близкими и родными. Огромная благодарность за воспоминания ,настроение и эмоции). Ребятам успехов во всем, развития, процветания, если Богам Олимпа будет угодно-встретимся) Большой привет из Гродно)
