I was in Azerbaijan for the first time, there is nothing to compare my stay with. I liked the hostel, it's quiet on the ring, it's possible with so many people. The location was great for me. The hostel itself is easy to find. It is located on the third floor, there is an elevator, but whether it works I find it difficult to say I walked. With heavy suitcases, it may be difficult to get in. The hostel is 24/7, there are no problems with entry/exit. The administrators are excellent, friendly, they will tell you everything / show you the WiFi is excellent, you can work. There is a kitchen, the area is large, there was enough space for everyone. There is a refrigerator, microwave, Oven, washing machine (for a fee). There is no stove, you will not be able to cook there. This is both a minus and a plus. It's not perfect in terms of cleanliness, but it's clean enough. There are a lot of people, cleaning is trying. The rooms have 2 good-sized storage lockers, with locks (only the doors creak a lot). The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are soft, the bedding is clean, there are curtains (respect for this). Towels are paid. Questions to the women's bathroom, not very comfortable in terms of cleanliness, one stall did not lock, sometimes there was no toilet paper, of course it needs repair. Overall a good hostel, I can recommend 👍🏼

Good location. Very. I've met a lot of friendly people. The reception is also very useful staff. Even sleeping is not very uncomfortable.

In the very center, a 10-minute walk to the old town, there are all cafes, shops nearby, a good view from the window, responsive staff will carry your bag to the room)
