We regretted that we chose the travel agency Travel ap. The hotel was chosen independently, then they called different agencies and monitored the prices. Travel ap talked with Egor, he announced the price and immediately offered to arrange a pre-order, they say the price is good so that it does not increase by morning. In the morning of the next day, other tour operators offered a price lower than Egor's on the pre-tour. And then it all started! Endless calls from Egor, a presentation by Trevel ap, a lot of positive feedback arrived on Viber. He convinced me that since others have a lower price, it means that they are not reliable travel agencies and problems may arise. Everything was polite right up to the moment the contract was signed. As soon as any questions arose, I immediately deleted my positive reviews in Viber. And then it got worse and worse. We are very sorry that we contacted the Travel ap agency.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND the Travel up tour operator! We talked with an employee in the person of Egor. They lure you with discounts, put you on some kind of pre-order, so that the price does not change, but in fact their price is more expensive. We planned a vacation in Turkey with departure from Moscow, we chose the hotel on our own, Egor's task was only to choose a flight. We were offered two options, one cheaper and one more expensive, we chose the one that was more expensive, as it was convenient in terms of the road to the airport and in terms of arrival at the hotel. Initially, Egor said that the flight would be from Vnukovo, a few days before departure it turned out that we were flying from Sheremetyevo, despite the fact that we already had a reserved parking space in Vnukovo. As a result, we flew on a cheaper tour flight, although we paid for a more expensive one, it was extremely inconvenient to get to the airport. WE LOST a FULL DAY OF REST at the hotel, which was paid for by us, and there were four adults. We were not provided with any compensation. After arguing on the phone with Egor, we were abruptly told "here is your flight number, look at all the information on the airport's online scoreboard." If you don't want to ruin your vacation, I recommend not contacting Travel up.

We flew to Egypt for the first time, so it was very important to choose the right travel agency. Many thanks to Travel up for the fact that we were not disappointed in our first trip, and all because you have such wonderful, highly qualified, responsible, professional employees like Egor.

Впервые летали от турагенства Travel up и остались довольны!!! Специалист Егор быстро и оперативно подобрал отель.А самое главное.. всегда был на связи и давал необходимую информацию ( даже в нестандартной ситуации ) Благодарим и дальше будем с Travel up 👍👍Всем рекомендую!!!!

Обратились в Trevel Up по поводу отдыха в Турции к менеджеру Наталье. Нам предложили оформить договор предброни без предоплаты, мы оформили. Нам сказали оплатить в течение дня или утром следующего. На следующий день увидели в другой турфирме дешевле тур в этот же отель. Сказали об этом тревел апу, а нам сказали, что мы уже оформили договор и если не оплатим тур, то нужно будет платить штраф в размере стоимости всего тура, мы первый раз о током вообще слышали. В итоге полетели от Trevel Up. Она также обещала нам особый подарок в отеле, учитывая, что мы молодожены. Кроме того, мы ясно выразили желание получить номер с видом и обязательно уточнили, что нам не подходит номер на цокольном этаже. Наталья заверила нас, что номер на цокольном этаже - эконом, а у нас будет стандарт, и точно НЕ на цокольном этаже.
Однако, по прибытии в отель, мы обнаружили, что нас поселили в номере на цокольном этаже, который не соответствовал нашим просьбам и ожиданиям. Мы обратились к Наталье с просьбой о переселении, но она сообщила нам, что это стандартный номер и она ничего не может изменить.
Кроме того, обещанного подарка для молодоженов так и не было.
