Over the past year, this institution has grown qualitatively, the level of service is at a height, the staff is friendly and I like that there is no staff turnover. It's nice when you are met and served by already familiar faces. The kitchen is not complicated, but they cook delicious. I especially want to mention desserts, they are at a height here, and after 8 pm they are sold at a discount. I recommend it for meetings and a quick snack!

My God, business owner, if you're reading this, try to find a good administrator. The processes are so poorly set up in this particular cafe…There is no control over the work of the team. There is no coordination. Everything happens on its own..The kitchen lives its own life, the guests live their own. Everything is slow. The waiters are like sleepy flies... you wait for the bill for 20 minutes. The food was brought, you ate, and you're waiting for your coffee for another 15 minutes.. And it's in the coffee shop, Carl!

Супер заведение, вкусные завтраки, обелы и ужины👍 кофе самое лучшее на мой вкус в городе, обслуживаниеина высоте. Чисто, уютно, очень удобные местоположения, с хорошими парковками. Часто посещаю и советую гостям и жителям Алматы.

Кофе самый лучший, кухня постоянно с ошибками, персонал в разных точках по разному работает, сервис неплохой, атмосфера ок,десерты хорошие но бывает по разному, время ожидания ок, завтраки есть.

Отличное место, чтобы позавтракать в приятной атмосфере. Один из лучших кофе в городе.
UPD. На следующий день зашли сюда с другом. Торопились, спросили официанта, какой самый быстрый вариант. Сказал нам, что американский завтрак будет готов за 15-20 минут. Ждём его уже полчаса.

Лучший кофе именно в этом заведении! Всегда! Парковка вдоль Назарбаева очень помогает. Было бы удобнее если бы сделали несколько проходов(мостиков) с дороги через арык.

Атмосфера уютная, на летнике сидеть приятно, кухня хорошая 4+, однако одну звездочку убрал за сервис, не всегда официанты рады видеть посетителей, не торопятся. В последний раз официанты 10минут не могли убрать стол, за который мы сели когда пришли, осадочек.
