Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review about the work of this service. This is not the first time we have contacted you. But the last time I was just outraged by the work of this service station. We drove a car with a clutch problem. The attitude of the staff to this problem was super-friendly. Not only have they not solved the problem, they haven't even bothered to find out the reasons yet. Just guesses and assumptions. According to them, they have no technical ability to find out the reason. Then why the hell do you take a job if you're not sure you can handle it?! On top of that, the employee who talked to me was rude and argued, claiming that they had done everything possible (all they had done was pump the clutch). That is, after picking up the car from this service, assuring me that everything was OK with the clutch, I drove 10 km and the clutch disappeared again. According to the employee, I still have to stay and it's my fault!
On the issue of price: one price is called on the phone, upon payment, an overestimated price is indicated in the decree document.
The collapse was done outrageously. The car is going to the right!
This is the closest service station to our house, and naturally, when the car is not on the move, you will not choose a service station on the other side of the city. But now I can say with confidence that it is better to contact another service.
P.S. we made a car in December 2024, an Opel car. This is in case the management is still interested in this issue and decides to look into it.

I repaired the starter on a Hyundai i30. Everything was done within an hour. I was very satisfied with the communication and service. While I was waiting, I was even offered coffee.

There is a preliminary appointment. Free car diagnostics. We are pleased with the working hours from 8:00 to 20:00 Mon-Sun. They are polite and attentive. Yesterday I had a flat tire, I went to the guys for tire service, while they were solving my problem, I did not freeze outside, but waited in a warm, beautiful room.

They do not carry out high-quality diagnostics and not conscientious repairs! I do not recommend it! We went to the suspension diagnostics, bought everything according to their diagnosis and arrived for repairs by appointment, the car was picked up an hour later than the recording and promised to call when ready. As a result, they did not wait for the car, and in a conversation an employee who was engaged in repairs said:- why didn't you make a diagnosis? Do you also need to change the ball bearings?! (The diagnosis was done at their place a few days before). And no one even thought about calling and informing, offering to replace the ball bearings, at the time of arrival, the 1st side was already assembled, it remained to make the second
The mechanic was asked a question: - why didn't you call, didn't you warn? To which he replied:- I just saw it for myself!
The price as a result turned out to be much higher than the one that was originally named.
