There's not enough room. But it's the best thing in the area. The locker rooms are neat, lockers with locks, and showers. Cleanliness is monitored, prices are reasonable, there are individual classes, good exercise equipment, cardio zone, punching bag. I love group training, but I have an irregular schedule, and they do something in the gym every day, morning and evening, in any case, you will attend some class! Alexander's coach is beyond praise, I saw the result after a couple of weeks. Well, plus it's close to home and many times cheaper than fashionable Adrenaline and so on.

I like this room. Although it is not very large, but the ceilings are very high (9 meters or higher) due to this, it breathes very well there. There is a partition that separates the gym from the group room. And if there are no such classes, then it is very cool to do stretching, warm-up, on fitballs, barefoot, hemispheres, there is a Herman who can be beaten, a lot of massage rollers, loops of trx, cabinets for jumping, and much more can be done in a place where there are no simulators.
More lockers are a buzz))) most of them are full-size, and what's even cooler....so there is a separate tray in the shoe compartment (as in the dining room) for outdoor shoes)) cool. Nice girls at the reception. + volleyball players forge their power there))

The gym is so-so, the simulators are modern, but they are too tightly spaced, there is not enough exhaust air for ambergris a la basement of the 90s, prices are at the level of the average in the city, they do not give Wi-Fi, they say for internal use....a very strong dustpan trail, since the desk is most likely state-owned...but if you live in neighboring houses, it will do....
