Positive. A large hall. There are many simulators. Normal ventilation. There are few people on weekends. There are a lot of rush hours, but you can practice. A free towel. Periodic promotions with 20+% discounts on subscriptions. Parrot.
Minuses. The ladies at the reception behave as if they are always underpaid. The eternal "we hand over towels" 20 minutes before the end of the hall. Male coaches (not all) are overly obsessive about the female sex, it seems that they go to work to cuddle girls and tell them jokes. Simulators (if the damage is minor) may not be repaired for years (gas lifts will not let you lie). There are several popular simulators in a single copy to which there is a queue during rush hours, while for some reason there are 15 pieces of tracks installed, which are never even half full. You need to carry a locker lock with you. If several people wash in the shower, then immediately the flood.
Conclusion. 4 stars, but only due to the fact that within a radius of 5 km there is nothing similar to what could be compared.

This is definitely the best gym in the area. A large area, a lot of simulators, plus most of them are duplicated, you do not need to stand over the soul of another person waiting. A decent dumbbell row, there is a small crossfit area, a boxing bag. There are even several cardio zones, the upper one with a good view from the window. The equipment is not the newest, but in excellent condition, does not creak or twitch along strange trajectories. There are very intelligent and attentive coaches. Towels are provided, no need to carry your own.
One of the disadvantages is that the girls at the reception are not very friendly, they constantly look extremely unhappy, they can ignore when you greet them or start kicking people out of the hall 20 minutes before closing.

It would be more correct to call this place FOK Serebryanka. The clearest place in Serebryanka, from the point of view of the rocking chair. The hall is the best, and maybe even the best in Minsk. There is a 25-meter swimming pool, baths, saunas... Recommend 👍
