The food is ordinary, not the most delicious, but the drinks are better. We especially liked the strawberry mojito. The kitchen is almost always overloaded, you have to wait 1-1.5 hours. We went there with a small group of 5 people, the dishes were brought in turn, some had to wait for an hour, although there were not many visitors. The price for such service and food is unreasonably high, suitable for breakfast, but there are places much better and cheaper.

We went to lunch on Sunday, there were very few visitors, but the waiters were obviously very busy, at first they waited until they deigned to bring us a menu, and one for two, after that the waiter left, and did not appear until we were tired of waiting for him (the call buttons probably do not work), got up and They're gone. Then he went out to pick up the menu. I do not know by what principle the cafe waiters choose who to serve who is not, but in Gyumri, and throughout Armenia, there are more than enough places with hospitable and friendly people. Don't waste your time visiting this place.

An interesting place. My husband and son (5 years old) were looking for a place for breakfast. Many neighbors with high grades were closed, we came here at random. We were warmly welcomed and seated at a table. But the interior was confused — burgundy leather sofas and dark walls. There was no breakfast on the menu, but we were very hungry to get up and leave. We ordered Caesar roll, beetroot salad, Linguini pasta, beef medallions, mushroom soup for the child and brownie and cheesecake for dessert. Maybe it's good when you don't expect much from an institution. But here the cook tried very hard! We even found out his name—Ando. Thanks to him for these dishes on the morning of December 31st!
The medallions were filled with a very interesting mushroom mousse, the child ate the soup with pleasure, an appetizing salad was shared with her husband, and pesto was heartily put into the pasta! Caesar roll is generally a bomb! It's a pity that it was brought last. It turned out that an oven was heated for him, and since we came to the opening, we had to wait until the oven warmed up. But we have never regretted it. Who has tried such a roll in fast food and cafes — forget it, this is another level. Crispy tortilla, grilled chicken pieces, juicy salad and high—quality sauce - it's satisfying, delicious and unforgettable. I advise everyone to try it!
The cakes are also delicious, especially I liked the cheesecake.
Special thanks to our waiter, Silva, who was very attentive, friendly and responsive to us, did not ignore our child and supported any conversation! This breakfast wouldn't be like this without her! I hope to see you again.

We came in as a group.
The food is normal. BUT.
1) The composition of some dishes does not match the description on the menu. So there were no raisins in the Lyubimka salad, despite the description of it on the menu. If the raisins are over, then the guest should be warned before serving.
2) Long and unethical waiting.
There were five of us and one of us started the meal 15-20 minutes after the others had already finished. His total wait was 1.5 hours. If the kitchen is overloaded, you should have warned the guests.

It's a wonderful place!
The order was delivered in 15 minutes. We asked for the bill in advance, so it was provided along with the dessert.
The dishes are very tasty and quite satisfying. Prices don't bite. The staff is polite and attentive. The bathroom is clean and odorless.
In general, we did not notice any disadvantages, we will definitely visit again👍🏻

I read the reviews, it became interesting what people think about this institution (Trezzo).
I've already gone twice in 4 days, and really everything is at the highest level. I ordered khachapuri, it was delivered in 15 minutes, well, maybe 20. I ordered some kind of Italian thing, a delicious dish, like shawarma, for 10 minutes at most. I don't understand what the joke is. Maybe they used to have everything so sad!?
There are no such decent establishments in the city, I have already realized. And I will only go and bring my friends here. I've tried almost all the normal establishments.

At the entrance to the cafe, the staff does not meet or escort you to the table. And I had to go for the menu myself :)
When the order was made, the waiter did not repeat it. Fortunately, at least they brought what they ordered.
With all this, 10% tips are included in the bill, although there is no desire to leave them.
The food itself is not very good, even in appearance. The meat in Caesar was tough, and the pork ribs are just fat on the bone. I was not impressed.
There is no reason to return. The restaurant should read the reviews and take note of them.

Visit 1.12.22. In Caesar, softened crackers, strawberry tea is water with syrup, when asked where the tea is in the teapot's brewing compartment, the waiter shrugged and rolled his eyes, dirty dishes stood up to the calculation, and in the end they did NOT BRING us CHANGE, of course 200 dr is not such a large amount, but I did not want to leave them either. We used to be regular customers, now the desire to go there has completely disappeared.

We have been waiting for the ordered dishes for a very long time, almost 1 hour.... The Mediterranean spicy soup was delicious, but quite spicy and there was little filling. The ribs were disgusting, solid fat on the bones... otherwise the salad, fish, pizza were delicious, but the service and some dishes were, to put it mildly, not very good.

It's long, expensive, and tasteless. Cooking a beer snack (grilled cheese) for more than 40 minutes is my new record.
Trout (2500dram) ordered - there is little of it, dry (from frozen?) and everything is covered in ketchup. Horror. That's just the beer is average in quality (but it costs 1000dram for 0.3liters), and the rest is terrible. Not even the cafe level.

The food is disgusting. They brought everything cold and not tasty. The waiter comes up once every 100 years. They were transferred from one table to another 2 times. The table was dirty, it took a very long time to clean. Part of the order was not delivered at all. When asked 30 minutes later where the rest of the order was being prepared, but then they said they forgot to cook it. Tips are already included in the bill, although no tips are allowed for such a service. The bill was paid, the change was not returned. If it were possible to put negative stars here, we would.

I was with my family in this restaurant, in 02.01.19 we arrived from Moscow ourselves. The atmosphere is good 8(out of 10). There was one more thing, but we made an order, and received it an hour later. Borscht was ordered, the meat was very tough (which is not even chewed) the burger was 50/50. But in general, the rest of mine liked everything. So I can only advise this restaurant if there is no place to sit at night on holidays when the whole city is closed. I can give the restaurant a rating of 6-7 (out of 10).

We came here on the advice of the locals. Pleasant environment. Is the cuisine European or Italian?? (I'm not strong). Everything that was ordered was delicious: meat, fish, vegetarian dishes, desserts, mashed soups were liked. We were with the kids, the food suits them too. There is an expectation, but reasonable, because the cafe is popular. The prices are low.
