"I visited the Three Prices store at 32 Karl Marx Street and was completely shocked by the level of service. The seller was not polite, she answered rudely. In response to my question/remark, the employee started talking in raised tones, and at the end of the conflict he allowed himself a direct insult, saying, "Maybe you are emotionally not all right?". I consider such behavior to be absolutely unacceptable for a trade worker. The seller has no right to assess the psychological state of the client and even more so to insult him. The mood is spoiled, there is no desire to return to this store. I ask the management to pay attention to the competence and ethics of this employee, conduct an explanatory conversation and take disciplinary action.
