Our first family vacation in 5 years, we decided to spend it on the lakes. It all started on June 9th, we received a call asking when to expect us? The person who made the reservation made a mistake with the month. Then it started. We were offered an "improved room in the Crystal". And, if possible, suggest options for a better location. In the end, everyone gave up on us. And in insta, I wrote like this. We arrive, we are checked into a room where it is impossible to even pass normally. With a child of 4 years old. There are showers and thunderstorms outside. When I asked the administrator a question and told him our story, he was not familiar with it. He said they would take a look and think about what they could offer us. The heated towel rail was broken in the room, I called the reception, they promised to fix it. We went to a restaurant for dinner. It's beautiful in the photo, not so rosy in reality. First of all, we ordered a beautiful mushroom soup in bread. Salads and baby potatoes with nuggets. The child is fine, 4 spoons of mushroom soup! There is a bucket of lettuce in the salads, the rest is three grams each. Prices are like for dishes in a good restaurant in Minsk. Only there, you leave well-fed. I'm moving on. We return to the room, the heated towel rail is as it was. I call the reception, the receptionist comes with an extension cord. He suggests we plug it in and step over it every time we go to the bathroom. I refuse because we have a child and it's NOT SAFE! Next, I ask which window in the room is equipped with a mosquito net? To be able not to feed the mosquitoes, of which there are a thousand per centimeter, but to ventilate the room normally. I get an answer, but there's only a balcony. And the option is either not to breathe, or to be food for bloodsuckers. Ah! The refrigerator also made us happy, to the hilt. And then my patience ran out. I explain to the receptionist that we originally booked another house! That it's not our fault, but the fault of the establishment! That this number does not belong to the "improved" in any way and that no country in the world does business like this! To which the administrator offers us baths, massages, as compensation. We don't go to the baths and we have funds for massages, and we definitely didn't come here for him. We were about to leave, we were offered to move to the Barnhouse, but for 2 days. The vacation was scheduled for 5. We moved into a big house. He's cool, just like we wanted. When we moved, we were told that we could move to another house on Saturday. Wow! I just dreamed of packing and unpacking my bags on vacation. About breakfast! Which are included in the price. It's the same thing every day, generally without expectations. The waiters are helpful. Whoever cuts the vegetables doesn't look and cuts the spoiled ones for the guests, I pointed this out to the waiter, who took the dish away. Drinks included in the price: coffee, tea, water with lemon and that's it. It is unclear what to give the children to drink. They asked for milk for the baby, they brought it to us, then on the second glass it turns out that it is paid, in general it is not a problem, the problem is in the supply. When I asked which drinks were provided for 4-year-olds, I was told: Water with lemon and sea buckthorn juice. There was no juice on the counter, just water with lemon. And sea buckthorn juice is quite specific, I definitely won't give it to a child. The second day is breakfast. We order milk for the baby, they bring it, he almost finished it, I saw that the GLASS WAS DIRTY!!!! My baby drank milk from a dirty glass! What do the waiter and the bartender look at when they pour a drink into a glass that is dirty? I have questions in general. The bartender, by the way, is the same as yesterday. On the plus side, everyone is responsive and sympathetic, except for the nervous bartender. Mosquito nets on the balcony must still be installed. People sometimes want to breathe. Barnhouse is very cool, we liked it. But! People from corporate parties yelling at karaoke until 4 a.m., an unpleasant neighborhood. Everyone who was close to this house was awake. The territory is beautiful. It could have been a very cool vacation, but how did it turn out? Will we come again? Unlikely. Vacation is more with a minus sign, for our money, people don't like such surprises. Also, special thanks for calling, they said that I forgot the washbasin, we didn't drive far. If you are unassuming about the conditions you can get into and dirty dishes, I recommend this place.

There is also a children's day zone, with swings, a slide and a rocking chair. And an area with a large trampoline, where adults can also jump for joy) And sports areas, with basketball and volleyball areas. And zones with games, board games and a bunch of other things. The beach is also great. We arrived when the weather was cloudy and cool. But it played into our hands. It was almost deserted. The houses are gorgeous. Everything is clean, tidy, the lawn is mowed. Everyone greets and smiles. The kitchen is also a complete buzz. There is a buffet breakfast. There's plenty of food. In restaurants, there is also an author's cuisine with cool menus. (I won't spoiler) And the barbecue is freely available. And it is still being expanded and supplemented with new houses and facilities. In general, you don't even need to think about it. We rest for 6 days, everything was wonderful on weekdays, we checked in earlier, the attitude is good, the staff is attentive in the restaurant. All the problems started on Friday, February 14th, with a banquet, and that was the end of the quiet vacation. On Friday, the banquet was held on the lake in a tent, music screams all over the neighborhood, do not rest, do not put the children to bed, everyone who did not participate in the event did not rest, including people who live in houses neighboring the base, now everything continues for the second evening, songs screams, everyone is sitting waiting for it to end (about vacationers everyone forgot, only those who participate in the banquet are important!). The reception does not take the phone, they rest from 22 hours. Everything is broken in the restaurant too, we have a half-stop, dishes are forgotten, confused, side dishes are not brought, as well as ordered drinks, I'm tired of running after the waiter. The conclusion is that we don't know if we'll come again, but Friday and Saturday are just terrible. The staff obviously can't handle so many people!
