This order was the final one... The rice is the day before yesterday, dry, hard, falling apart, rolls wrapped in 4 turns in kim, wooden chewing gum... A photo for example, I think the classics can be distinguished, and this is not just a picture. To be honest, after eating it, my stomach had vague doubts about the freshness of the fish. A BUG IN THE ROLLS, and also a terrible attitude towards customers, unsanitary conditions, boiled rice.
The insect was crawling in the rolls, just an abomination! The rice is boiled into porridge.
I immediately wrote to the VK group, sent a video, and the polite admins promised to figure it out.
A week later, they call from the very point (December 10 evening), they were rude that I did not call them and said that it was not their fault, because they had to call. That's how they shifted the focus of attention from the problem itself to the form in which I filed a complaint.
I am an ordinary person, a client, where it would be more correct to write / call in such a situation - I do not know. It's up to you to hand it over and sort it out.
As a result, I was left to blame after the beetle rolls were brought to me.
I was not going to write a review, I thought that we would calmly come to something, but after such a terrible attitude I decided to write.
