A memorable historical place!!!! A very large square, fountains beckoning with their coolness, an eternal flame in the army of fallen soldiers, an open-air museum of technology where kids love to crawl, and technology reminds of difficult times, please just keep it in proper shape!!! There is a park nearby where you can walk or have fun on the rides, beautiful views along the embankment. Thanks to the city for the beautiful place, but there is no limit to perfection!!!!

The landmark of our city. It is well equipped nearby, benches, fountains, food courts and an amusement park nearby. In the evening on holidays, the illumination of the three bayonets is turned on. Bright and beautiful. The view from there is beautiful. It's worth a visit.

We stayed in Vitebsk for one day. We enjoyed walking around the surroundings of the monument "Three Bayonets". A good place for family walks.
There are fountains on the square. They randomly turn on, change the water pressure and turn off. The kids ran among them. Children's laughter and hubbub stood like in the pools of resort hotels.
There is an exhibition of military equipment nearby. My boy climbed it for a long time and refused to leave it.
There is also a Ferris wheel. We took a ride.
There is also an alley of fame dedicated to the events and heroes of the war. We were surprised by the huge screens at the end of the alley. Soviet films were shown on them. There are rows of chairs in front of the screens. This turned out to be an open-air cinema. And there were quite a lot of people in it. And the age of the audience was especially surprised: both old and young, and teenagers, and older youth are sitting watching.
There is a good view behind the screens and the monument.
In general, the place seemed peaceful, conducive to leisurely walks and gatherings.

The symbol of Vitebsk, a beautiful view of the Northern Dvina, an amusement park nearby, an open-air museum of military equipment, access to the embankment and a summer cafe area... Plus a huge square next to cafes and shops around the perimeter. I was there and didn 't regret it ... I liked everything!

In the park, the dead woman is simply terrible.
It's a very strong contrast when you come from another memorial in another town and it's great there.
Banal mismanagement and vandalism of vacationers.
