He left, unable to stand the lamentations of the unhappy salesman with sad eyes and a lip bitten from resentment. He didn't humiliate himself. Well, if you want to be shamed for 30 minutes for not checking the product yourself before buying, hinting that you are a beggar and a petty person, pressuring pity and trying to cause a sense of shame, then this is where you are. This store will provide you with an abundance of it. I did not expect to encounter such resistance when trying to return an item that does not meet the characteristics indicated on the label. The product was in my possession for less than 24 hours. I checked it after buying the house and set it aside carefully until the morning in order to exchange or return it. In any normal store, they exchange without problems and tantrums. I did not expect such an aggressive rebuff from the seller. It's like he came back to the 90s with the "wonderful" saleswomen at the checkout. It's scary to even think what would happen if the cost of the product was more than 10 rubles.
