We had a small party at a nearby premium hotel at the end of the velvet season in 2025, and I really want to share my delight at the cuisine and the warm atmosphere of the Three Poplars cafe (the second name is Frigate). If it were possible, I would give all 10 stars. The atmosphere of caring, attention and respect for the guest begins with a radiant greeting "Hello". They will help you with the choice of dishes according to your preferences, they will treat you with a welcome bonus that you will definitely like)))) And then the kitchen, which is above all praise! The chef has golden hands - everything we tasted in 5 days was incredibly delicious! And we had something to compare it with when we went on excursions and had lunch in "good" places of Caucasian cuisine. None of the other establishments we visited could compare with the cuisine of "Three Poplars" (Frigate). The cheesecakes for breakfast were the most delicate from natural cottage cheese, the soups were always on top, the hot was divine! In the evening, everyone went out to dance on the dance floor, it was cool and fun! But, probably, like everywhere else, there is a certain BUT. If you're a stickler for pretentiousness and snobbery, then this place definitely won't suit you. This cafe is NOT about extra show-offs, bombast and pathos. This cafe is ABOUT a warm atmosphere, mutual respect and caring for each guest, and, of course, about space cuisine. The guys who organized the cafe and everyone involved, thank you so much for the unforgettable delicious dishes, warmth and comfort that you gave us, and for the fun evenings by the sea! It's a wonderful place! I'm just thrilled. The sea is just a stone's throw away, the rooms are clean, bed linen too, towels have been changed and thank you so much for your understanding. We were with a small child, the sheets got dirty somewhere, and everything was replaced at the request. They allowed me to use the summer kitchen so that I could cook for the child. I recommend it!)
