Dr. Ruslan Ivanovich immediately carefully examined the kitten, discovered and removed the milk canine that was interfering with the fracture, sewed up the torn eyelid, and gave clear recommendations, thanks to which my cat is now healthy. We visited this clinic for the first time. The cat fell from the 9th floor, and was taken to a clinic that was closer because of the panic. The clinic turned out to be terrible, they prescribed an incomprehensible treatment, which was not understood even at three o'clock. Also, in another clinic, we were told that there were no cracks or fractures (they did not provide us with pictures), we turned here, the result:a crack in the front paw and possibly in the pelvis (the cat did not allow to take a picture of the pelvis because of the pain), everything was done in front of us, they showed the pictures and ultrasound, not hiding anything. Doctors are professionals, now we will always contact them. 🫶

Very cool clinic! Kind and helpful staff who love animals very much. We were at the bonfire with the dog, everything was checked before the operation, explained, told. Then the stitches were removed. It was very nice when doctors get to know their patients) Then we treated them urgently with allergies, despite the fact that we were without an appointment, everything was very fast, although there were a lot of visitors. Definitely 10 out of 10! The only thing missing is a 24-hour office! I understand that this is difficult, but I think the majority will support me. That would be as cool as possible.
