We stayed at the hotel with our granddaughter from August 2-19, 2024. The overall impression is not bad. The rooms are cleaned exclusively..at the request of tourists, so to speak. That is, if you do not ask, then they will not remove it. There is no spa in the hotel.The food is varied, but very,, spicy,, cuisine. The advantage of the hotel is that the ocean is a 5-minute walk away. The staff is polite, everyone is smiling. But they are very slow. This is probably a feature of the Lankans. I would like to tell you about the excursions in particular. We were met at Colombo Bandaranaike Airport by representatives of Anex tur. They handed over an envelope with excursions . She asked why there was no price list? They said that everything would be at the hotel guide. The hotel guide Nat did not provide a price list, and did not write out a single receipt. The prices are quite high. It was not possible to verify the accuracy of the prices. We left the hotel twice at 4:30 a.m. Lunch boxes were not provided, although there was an agreement several times in the evening. There is no organization in this matter. We are experienced tourists, but this is the first time we have encountered this.
