I wrote to their telegram group "why has the quality of the Internet deteriorated after switching from another provider and that if this continues I will consider other options" And do you know what they answered me? They answered with a comment literally "Consider in silence" and blocked in the group... here is such a provider, I don't even know what else to comment on here.. if the inability to get through to the operator is one thing, then such communication with customers is nonsense..
