The hotel is staffed by very friendly and nice guys, which pleased me the most!! A lot of care and attention, thank you. The hotel is located next to Rustaveli, the Mtatsminda funicular (it's literally a 5-minute walk away (get off it on foot, too, almost to the hotel by the way)) It seems that the guys have breakfast, but we didn't think about it and didn't take it. But there are many wonderful places nearby within walking distance. Coffee was brewed every morning. Considering that it is prepared on simple equipment and for free it is just 10000/10, very tasty!! The rooms themselves are normal, quite cozy. Cleaning was carried out on request, everything was changed. A kettle, a fridge and drinking water in a cooler are provided. A large guest lounge on the ground floor (we didn't sit there, but it seemed cozy, I saw board tables there) and an open roof!! The roof is generally gorgeous, the view of the river, the city, the mountains.... From the hotel room you could see a small courtyard with a wonderful abandoned fountain, and a super trump bar or something, ahaha (a vibe place, but obviously not for us). In short, I recommend it to everyone!!

The friendly receptionist (or the host?). The room is small.but cozy and clean. There is no wall or curtain in the shower, everything is pouring onto the floor and the toilet. There is no problem to attach the curtain.It 's a mystery why it doesn 't exist . It's warm in winter. The Windows overlook the courtyard (there is no view). Location - the center, near Rustaveli and the river.There is a kettle and tea in the room. In the morning, you can drink boiled coffee in the lobby and sit on the sofa. There is also a veranda on the roof.

Peter, everyone is here urgently! A married couple of the nicest guys who run the hotel are from these parts themselves and know a lot about good service, sincerity and travel. They will always sincerely share information about local goodies and, for example, how to get to Borjomi in just 2 GEL. Everything is clean, tastefully done, the center is close by, the room is quiet and the ideal temperature with air conditioning + a roof terrace for romantic conversations on a warm night with Georgian wine or a common area with a fireplace on the 1st floor. P.S. Communication with the guests is absolutely sincere, the guys are really always ready to help. Heartfelt thanks and recommendations!

The location is great, it's quiet at night, despite the location in the center. In summer, on the terrace, you can watch the local pensioners playing backgammon in the neighboring yard, and with a mug of Khvanchkara, you can generally top. Thanks to the guys, they are trying, we will definitely come back!

A wonderful hotel, after renovation, is managed by a married couple from St. Petersburg. Delicious coffee in the morning. By summer, they are planning a roof terrace, from there an interesting view of the city.
