An amazing place and a must-visit for any guest of Astana! The Arc de Triomphe (or "Mangilik El") is not just a monument, but a grandiose symbol of Kazakhstan's independence and achievements. Which is impressive: Scale: The arch is huge and monumental. When you stand next to me, you feel very small. It looks great both up close and from afar, especially in the light of evening lighting. Architecture: Very beautiful and detailed. Snow—white columns, golden elements, sculptures - everything looks expensive and majestic. Observation deck: Be sure to take the elevator to the very top! The view of the city from here is simply fantastic: the entire left bank, Bayterek, Khan Shatyr and the endless steppes are visible. The perfect place for a photo. History: There are very touching bas-reliefs on the inner walls of the arch, telling the history of the country from independence to the present day. You feel proud of the people of Kazakhstan. There is a well-kept park around the arch, where it is pleasant to walk. The place is very clean and well maintained. There's only one downside — it's not always easy to park nearby on weekends, but that's a small thing. I definitely give 5 stars! This is one of the main business cards of the city, which should not be missed.

This is a great place for walks, photos and just a pleasant stopover in a busy city. The arch creates a sense of scale and a reminder of how fast our capital is developing.
