A good barber shop. It is convenient that I live close, 50 meters from the institution. Quite affordable prices, especially for manicure. But they do not do it quite qualitatively. There are smudges and flaws, a couple of times injured during processing. They cut it generally well, although they can overdo it and cut off more than they need, then they have to grow it to the right length.
