The house is fenced with a fence and barbed wire, there is no way to get inside (we have not found how, and most likely it is unsafe). The house is not being monitored and for this reason it is falling apart. It's a pity that this is happening. Even from these remnants, you can imagine how beautiful the house was, and the view from it was 100% stunning . The island itself is a must-visit. Grab a bike and enjoy the views.

It is impossible to enter the territory, because the house is almost completely destroyed. Surrounded by wild thickets, almost nothing is visible.

The object is interesting as the residence of the famous revolutionary Trotsky, who was escorted from the USSR to Turkey in the 20s of the 20th century. But there's not much left of the house, just the base and the walls, and they're probably going to fall apart soon. The roof and ceilings have already rotted away. It is impossible to get into the territory of the house - it is fenced off with a fence and a grid along which trees grow. But it would be possible to make a museum/cafe and let tourists in there.

There is no way to get to the building, and it is a pity that it is in such disrepair. However, the ruins are picturesque in the thickets. The best view is from the sea, especially the contrast is felt due to the neighboring well-maintained mansions.

I generally recommend visiting the island. It's quiet, there are almost no people. There must be a lot of people here during the season. But the middle of October is really cool. The trip to St. George's Monastery is well worth a walk. A couple, three hours will be enough to get around the whole island. And the ferry runs frequently and is very convenient.

There's nothing left to see. A ruined building that cannot be approached. We walked from the pier using the navigator. When we reached the place, it turned out that the passage to the house was blocked by the private territory of neighboring buildings. Perhaps the passage was on the other side, but we were with a child, and we didn't want to look for the entrance anymore. From a distance, we saw a permitted building with collapsed walls.

It is very sad to see the condition of the historic building. It's collapsing. The area is overgrown. Tourists come to see the house museum, but they see the abandoned building.

This landmark is an abandoned ruined overgrown with bushes. To set the very goal of coming there in order to get static pleasure is not worth the time.

The building is for sale, so there is no access to it. If you take a tour, you can hear his difficult story in detail. The potential buyer must preserve the historical walls, plus the local authorities have a lot of restrictions on the possible use of the premises, so, apparently, there are no willing ones

As of September 2024. everything is even more overgrown. There is garbage on all sides. If you go down the path, there are gates, there is no exit to the sea. Out of the pleasant - while you are walking to Trotsky's house, there is such an interesting house

You can approach freely, but you won't see anything. Everything is overgrown, the building is almost destroyed, entry is prohibited. They say that someone bought the building, but the order is not maintained. It is for sale.

It is impossible to enter the territory (at least officially). Chickens are walking around the territory and everything is overgrown. There is a lot of garbage lying around. Only rubble remains of the building.

In November 2024, he visited the Princes' Islands. I wanted to see the house where Trotsky lived. I found him. Of course, the house is in a deplorable state. Dilapidated, overgrown with vegetation. You can't approach it because it's fenced off. But it's interesting that they don't touch him. Maybe they can't find an heir and re-register the property?

The house, abandoned on the outskirts of the island, has a clearly interesting architecture, which has fallen into disrepair in the truest sense of the word and is overgrown with plants. If you go in and look at it from behind the fence, it's just for show.

The historical place where Leon Trotsky lived in exile. The house itself is now abandoned and it's impossible to get inside, but it's interesting to see the building from the outside while walking along the Buyukade. It's atmospheric, especially if you know the context, but you shouldn't count on the museum.

You can't call RUINS home. The house has long since fallen apart, everything is overgrown, and only roosters and chickens can be heard nearby on the neighboring plot. While searching on the navigator, we got lost and almost flew into a cliff at the end of the road. I had to turn on Yandex, and lo and behold! The reviews said that the abandoned site is the "Trotsky House"))). And we wouldn't have found it, we were waiting for some old building that we could get lost in, and its site was appropriate, well, or some kind of house in the form of a "museum", but the reality turned out to be harsh 🔥🚬😥

The house, of course, is destroyed. Around the house of Turks with gates. The gates are closed, it is impossible to approach the house, and it is difficult to see through the Turkish fences. There is probably an atmosphere of its own, if you look closely. Is it worth going? For those who want to take a peek and are not lazy, go. It will be possible to salute in the company that was at Trotsky's house.)

The condition is sad. Everything is in an overgrown state. There are actually only walls left. It seems like the Turks want to transfer it to ours for restoration, but ours don't want to invest either. But that's not accurate.

It's a great place. Definitely ready to visit. Joke. But seriously, there's nothing to do there. The house is abandoned, as is the entire territory, and you can't go in there. That is, you can see this architectural "masterpiece" through a 2 m. blind fence.
