A good fitness club for beginners. Everything you need is there. From a treadmill to heavy weights. The coaches are present with good training. Classes are scheduled. And now for the interior and rooms. The entrance is minimalistic and quite spacious for a small room. At the exit, you can buy water so as not to go to the store, but sometimes it is not there. The locker room is made in the usual way: rooms, benches, shower and toilet. The shower and toilet are done perfectly, discomfort is not felt anywhere near. There's even toilet paper :D . After the locker room, there may be a gym with exercise equipment. They are quite good at helping to develop all parts of the body. In a month and a half, I was able to achieve a pretty good result without sports nutrition. And yes, you can buy it right at the entrance to the fitness center. However, the fitness club is great for beginners and non-beginners.

My husband and I have been going to this gym for a year now . Everything you need for a comfortable workout is available for sale. I would like newer plumbing in the shower, but I like everything in general. We recommend Vladislav Tarasov's coach , we work with him.
It would not hurt to upgrade or repair the simulators, the price of the subscription attracts!
