Dear friends, I was pleasantly surprised that there is such a shopping center in Lugansk, which has ATMs and you can connect to local mobile operators, drink coffee, eat, buy groceries, clothes and much more.
We are already used to shopping malls, but there are not so many of them in Lugansk yet.
When we arrive in the city, we immediately have problems with communication, and here we can solve this rather important issue.
I recommend it to everyone, your blind guide to Lugansk and not only Viktor Tartanov 😎

This is our favorite center, we come here every Saturday. It's easy to get to and has everything from entertainment to a pharmacy...great shops, very friendly staff..You guys are the best!!!!

It is very good that the shopping center has come to life and many useful shops have appeared in it.
Cons - I would like to see at least some semblance of a separate food court here. The lighting in the evening looks sad, for many organizations it does not work, as well as the light sign of the shopping center itself.
