Dear friends, I was pleasantly surprised that there is such a shopping center in Lugansk, which has ATMs and you can connect to local mobile operators, drink coffee, eat, buy groceries, clothes and much more. We are already used to shopping malls, but there are not so many of them in Lugansk yet. When we arrive in the city, we immediately have problems with communication, and here we can solve this rather important issue. Cons: The parking lot is dirty. It looks like construction is still underway at the left entrance. There are places inside as if you are in a warehouse. Pros: there is a lot of everything, a large supermarket, a large playground for children, a cafe, billiards, a bunch of shops.
