I was 10 minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist said they couldn't cut my hair and sent me home. I understand perfectly well that being late is my fault and in no case do I pretend that these 10 minutes will be taken away from the next client. But I booked an hour, so I had another 50 minutes. During this time, you can easily manage to get a haircut. For example, you can not wash or style your hair at the end, which is absolutely not necessary and takes just 10 minutes. The most striking thing is that this is the most expensive barbershop in the whole city (haircut from 45 to 65 rubles), and the service is like in a basement barbershop in a residential area.
