A terrible bank. Half of the cash registers are permanently closed. 3 bank employees serve 6 people for 30-40 minutes. The electronic queue does not understand how it works, and they do not write anywhere which number is next. I strongly do not recommend this bank

The bank is not for people, people are for the bank, there is a long queue at the checkout, 1 operator is working, the cashier is sick when asked why you will not open the second cash register, and customers wait in line from morning to lunch, they do not have other cashiers. No one looks at the numbers at all, brazenly went up to the window of the cash register and did your business, then you swear and the whole day is ruined, but they are stupid. People who have numbers are waiting in line, and when asked who keeps order, they should have said at the checkout that it was your turn, and I should have been on his head. The service is zero, it would be a minus 10 rating.

The scoreboard is not working. We took a receipt, and we stand waiting. Employees are sitting on smartphones in a relaxed manner and paying zero attention to customers. The receptionist didn't even raise her head until her guards kicked her. OK, we approached the employee. And then, hearing our question, she said that everything would take 10 working days. But in another branch, we closed the accounts in 10 minutes!!!!!! I became indignant, the time was reduced to tomorrow, then to 3 o'clock, but all movements will begin only after lunch. There are still 30 minutes before lunch!!!!!!. I understand that rocking on a chair is much more pleasant than working. In general, the employees are not qualified, and they are not customer-oriented at all. The account closure service has not been provided. 4.5 hours later, we are still waiting for the girl operator to be given access to close the account. I called the helpline, all appeals are recorded in words. I ask for the number, they say, but the date is not pronounced, even after the request. I went up to the manager, he was busy with something of his own, walking around with a mug of tea. I listened and asked the employee for the reason. The situation has not changed. A day spent waiting in this branch. It's just a terrible bank!!!!!!
