Zapravka is new, beautiful-no words... But it is necessary to raise the level of Service!(my own subjective opinion) If you ask where the hand wash is, they say that the sewer is broken, without disapproval...🤔 It is noticeable from the reserves of Kyzylorda and Taraz(TS, gazenerji), such a horse-drawn approach to their work... I have not noticed such things from Almaty and Shymkent, I often travel myself. If tourists come on the other side, they will certainly form such an opinion about our region... Gold earrings in the ears of TS leaders! The TS company produces excellent modern equipment, and now the problem is that it would be great to train employees and raise the level of Service...(especially Hon Bin do/ISP located in Toraigyrova).
