We ordered windows for the whole apartment! At all stages, we faced incompetence, laziness and incompetence of employees!
1) The MEASURER incorrectly performed calculations and measurements of windows and window sills on the balcony: the usual wide window sill was planned to be 30 cm wide and the bay window 15 cm wider. For some reason, the measurer did not know that window sills of different sizes would not fit together, but only nodded his head, instead of offering a more rational option. THE RESULT: a ruined balcony and an overpayment of 2 times, because the bay window sill had to be ordered another one - narrower, and the wide window sill after installation became narrow - only 20 cm. During installation, the frame cracked, because the calculations of the bay window were incorrectly performed. A dream with a bar counter and comfort on the balcony failed(((
2) MANAGERS made a mistake in the amount of several hundred when calculating the cost of windows. The error was noticed only at the bank when making an installment payment. THE RESULT: a ruined day and nerves, time spent correcting the mistakes of illiterate managers!
3) INSTALLERS - they work dirty, they forgot to bring mosquito nets and fasteners to them. I had to be reminded almost every day for a month to bring the "forgotten". THE RESULT: a spoiled month and nerves.
4) When registering, they promised to replenish the phone balance by 10p after payment by installments. It's been six months! We were reminded several times - silence in response!
CONCLUSION! If you value your nerves, money and peace of mind, NEVER contact these amateurs! There are many similar companies in Gomel with better service! We are very sorry that we contacted them! We will never forgive them for a ruined balcony!!!
