I contacted the Tsaritsa company (found on OLX) on September 30, 2025. It was stated that the company is located in Almaty. This became a crucial factor for me, as I wanted to personally come to the production, participate in the fittings and transfer the fabric. On October 3, I sent a draft of my product, on October 6, we signed a contract and I paid 100% of the cost of services (62,000 tenge). After the signing, it became clear that the production was located not in Almaty, but in Astana. Even when reading the contract, two points were alerted: — the requirement of full prepayment; — the deadline for completing the work is 5 days, not from the date of payment, but from the date of receipt of the fabric, which leaves room for puffs. Since we are located in different cities, the fabric had to be purchased by the company itself. However, from October 6 to October 19, I received almost no answers — absolute silence. Later, Ekaterina (the director) explained this with an illness. I understand that, but I think that if there was an assistant, it would have been possible to warn the client about the delay. How did the "fabric purchase" go? The purchase took place via video on WhatsApp — the video was of poor quality, and there was no necessary fabric in terms of composition and color. When I asked if it was possible to look for another option, I heard: "Well, we're making the first product anyway, we don't have to bother now." Realizing that no one would look for the fabric for me, I had to agree. The buttons were chosen according to the same principle — "what is". On October 19, Ekaterina announced that the fabric had been purchased, and promised that a seamstress would arrive the same evening, and the product would be ready the next day. Today is November 5th, and I still haven't received the product. Ekaterina does not respond to messages. During all this time, there was only one response — with apologies and a promise that "he will definitely send everything today." It's been a few days now, and nothing has changed. I have sent an official complaint and plan to contact the Committee for Consumer Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan. I am writing this review to warn others.: — the company does not comply with the terms and conditions of the contract; — he responds quickly during the correspondence stage, but after payment, he almost stops contacting; — promises remain unfulfilled.
