I made an appointment at a convenient time for me. I called back, confirmed the recording, they answered, everything is in force. I arrived at 3 minutes to the appointed time. The foreman is busy with a client, and another man is sitting in the hallway. I'm asking the receptionist., about his record, silence in response. I sat down, I think they'll call me. Abdu finished cutting the client's hair and the man who was sitting in the hallway at my time went. No one told me anything. Why record people if online recording doesn't work, I don't understand. He sat for 3 minutes and turned around and left. Then they write to me in Viber, why I left. I reply that their online recording system is not working. The receptionist began to argue and prove something to me. He doesn't know how to work with people, I don't know if he'll learn. They say it's always like this, but I think it's wrong. That's what the recording is for, to come at the appointed time and get a haircut, and not to sit in the hallway wasting your time.
