A beautiful bright place, I was at the New Year's fair. It was very cozy, there were a lot of craftsmen. There is a bar that probably belongs to the site itself. There's delicious coffee there. There was a lounge area with sofas, very comfortable. I'll come back before the next fair.

I will be as objective as possible in my review. I have repeatedly visited this institution. Prices are above the city average. Once in a while it is not necessary, sometimes the snacks were served well. Dessert Viennese waffles are not Viennese at all)) yesterday, we tried salads - not bad. Napoleon .. Well, you can't do that Napoleon (very not very. And 900ml tea was served with 500 ml terribly diluted, there was no taste at all. And for a snack - we didn't get the change in 25p! Dear waiters, girls, we would leave you a tip, but you can't behave so brazenly.

Tonight we also faced the problem of security at the entrance, although we had visited this place many times before, and this did not happen. The guards decided that my friend was too drunk, they asked me to stand up and sober up. They justified their decision by the fact that they could smell alcohol when they were taking out a terribly rebellious young man against this background. Over time, we approached again, but the result was the same, we just didn't miss it. Our last attempt to enter was about an hour after we arrived there, the guard showed that he was not going to let his girlfriend through at all, I started arguing with the guards, having received some fictitious facts that she was falling in front of them and standing around the corner "catching up, not sobering up." Well, after this conversation, I got something in the back that they won't miss me either. After that, I lost the desire to visit this place ever, and before it was one of my favorite nightclubs in Minsk.

Previous reviews of the guards' work are still relevant today. "Factori" is when, even before your turn, you hear "what are we going here", "where uh, I didn't miss", "give me your passport here", "if you don't like the couple, the exit is there", "you can turn around and go to the exit". They're just louts. Even before her turn, she took out her passport and unbuttoned her backpack. The passport was practically torn out of his hands, everything was turned upside down in his backpack. Thrice. And all this is accompanied by absolutely unnecessary rude comments. I understand that there is a need to create a safe space. But what we have now is a negative impression that spoils the atmosphere of the event. Since the first review, it has already been possible to have several conversations with the staff about the minimum politeness to their guests.

07/01/2022 we tried to get to the hush party. Tickets were bought in advance, all conditions were met:dress code, availability of identity documents. At the entrance, the guard asked for documents. We, four girls, all aged twenty-six, immediately, in turn, began to provide documents. The guard was outrageously rude. He told the first girl he checked her documents with to go inside, she replied that she wanted to wait for her friends. Despite the fact that there were two people in the establishment, and there was no queue behind us, the guard snapped that she was bothering him, despite the fact that she had already moved away from us. Another girl refused to hand over her passport to the guard, she provided it in an expanded form in front of the guard, to which he rudely demanded to hand over the passport (namely: "then let's see you later") The second guard came up and also began to be rude. Please inform the staff that according to the Decree of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko dated June 3, 2008 No. 294 "On documenting the population of the Republic of Belarus" only legal representatives have the right to have another person's passport with them. The security guard of the institution is not a legitimate representative of law enforcement agencies (or has not provided his documents), respectively, has no right to demand the transfer of identity documents into his own hands. Despite the fact that the organizer of the party tried to settle the conflict peacefully, the security of the institution was hostile: rude and arguing. We refused to go to the institution on principle, since such a service begins at the entrance.I ask you to take action against the security staff for unacceptable behavior.

07/01/2022 we came to the Hush party. At the entrance, the guard asked for documents. I provided them, and he took them in his hands. I showed him the bag and he said in an ordered tone to pass. There was no pandemonium at the party. I allegedly interfered with him. Further, when checking the documents from a friend, he did not pick them up. And at the next check, he began to insist that the document should be handed over to him, and if something does not like it, "then you can go, call wherever you want, etc." That is, the feeling in general is that we have come to relax, but we are clearly not welcome.
It is a pity that such employees work in such a space, where so many cool events are held.

Terrible security! The three of us arrived at Tonight, bought tickets in advance and started showing them to the guards. Who is from tg, I took a picture of the screen from the site (I did not know that this was not allowed, just so as not to search in the mail for a long time), to which we were sent, pushed out of the entrance without explaining what the problem was. Why can't you calmly ask to show through the mail, why shove, why send girls? Is this normal behavior? We showed it from the post office, after which they let us through, but the third girl got angry and decided to find out why this attitude is if she shows her ticket through the same link, but through tg. We showed him her ticket through the mail, to which he replied that he would not let her in because he was not satisfied with the way she talked to him! There were no insults on our part. It's just that a man bought a ticket, and the guard not only behaves like a redneck, but also does not hesitate to push girls! The second guard simply refused to talk to us, the third wanted to talk to us, but the first took him aside, whispered something in his ear, after which the third also refused to talk to us. Thank you so much for the wasted money and time! Plus the humiliation, because in the end he shoved our friend into the fence, and the guy who wanted to pass to the ground 👍

It's a terrible place!!! The queue is huge, both at the barrier and at the entrance to the building itself. Lots of entrances and exits. The main thing is not to confuse them! A door where the entrance is not the exit, and vice versa. Everything is completely unstructured. The bar is somewhere in the center, and the wardrobe is closer to the stage. It's brilliant. An unlimited number of passageways made themselves felt. And a very interesting situation developed when they left the building, heading for the exit - two young people were standing begging for bracelets that are given after payment or Instagram stories with the argument: "No, well, are you sorry?". Where the guards are looking at this moment.

The security at the entrance will knock the mood out of you. This is not the place to go a second time. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone there.
If you have rules for entry, then you need to talk about it everywhere and in advance. Or at least at the entrance, and not to grab and throw away things that are "forbidden here" without even asking or saying anything.

Nice space!
Of the cons:
1. It is very stuffy inside.
2. Terrible security, behaves aggressively towards people who came to spend money in a bar to pay their salaries.
3. Administration.... There is no customer orientation, the guys would like to go to the training so that their brains would fall into place and understand how to communicate with guests.
I was there a couple of times and both times I was dissatisfied with the attitude.

Be careful when buying drinks at the bar, bartenders punch by accident or on purpose much more expensive than the price tag. The forfeits were charged twice for 15p for a bottle, I doubt that a 0.5 bottle really costs that much there.

I was at a BLESS party in this place. It was a terribly stuffy room, not ventilated, people just steamed in the air. Half of the people had to go outside all the time. The dance floor is small, and the sound equipment is poor.
