The master took the client for the time of my recording, they did not warn me in advance, they did not apologize, the master did not even want to answer questions about how it happened and how long I had to wait, the administrator did not resolve the issue in any way, no apologies, no solutions to the issue. At the same time, the recording was made online in advance and confirmed in the evening by a call from the administrator. It's a very unpleasant situation, and I'm not considering visiting this place anymore.
