I had to wait 30 minutes for the director. Well, the director happily announced to me that there are no guarantees for these lamps and he cannot change them either. It doesn't matter that it's only been 24 hours since they were purchased. I didn't even waste my nerves and time for the sake of $3.5. It's just ridiculous to sell cheap stuff and then sweetly throw up your hands, saying that it's your own fault that you bought from us. In general, I don't know about you, but I will never buy anything else in this "wonderful" store. Their prices are slightly higher on average than in the city. But with such an attitude and pettiness, they won't trade much, I think. Be careful, always take a receipt and persistently ask if there is a guarantee for the product. What if she's not here?!
