Terrible attitude towards patients, everything is put on stream! My husband had a reversible hernia. Knowing this, they convinced him that they would help and everything would be fine, and that the operation would not be necessary at all. As a result, they only made it worse. One morning my husband just couldn't get out of bed. Yes, this is our experience and we ourselves chose the preventive option, which seemed right to us at that time. But I would recommend this place for those who want to preserve their health and nerves. An even worse story happened to me in Almaty. The coach who was supposed to insure me refused to do it! By the way, they have heavy fines for damage to property. So I had to stand up with a lot of weight myself, I couldn't let go. But in the end, I couldn't hold it to the end and the weight jerked my arm. The result: a tendon strain, a subluxation of the elbow joint, some kind of internal bruise, I don't remember exactly. They put ice on it and sent it home!!! The temperature rose at home and I called an ambulance. When I came to them with all the medical certificates, I heard the following: we are ready to return this lesson to you! That's it! No apologies from the employee or the management, no compensation for physical and moral damage, even if they gave the book))) so that it would not be so boring on sick leave!
At first, they bribe by explaining everything, showing it, insuring it. And then: go do it yourself, you already know everything)))
Moreover, first the exercise program is prescribed by the doctor, and then by the coach. And my firm belief is that they do it "out of the blue"!
Perhaps the Bubnovsky system itself works, but in our country they managed to lower it below the baseboard((
