If you suddenly decide to use the services in this salon, be prepared for the fact that you will be bullied, stalling and rude on the phone. I've been doing this for a month. Even if you are lucky enough to come to the procedure, it turns out that the device is not in this office (and do they even have it?). And the boorish voice answering the phone will say what needs to be learned from the master (therefore it cannot answer), then it will claim that she is the master (therefore she does not answer the phone - she works, and you distract her with calls), and in the end (when you want to understand what the matter is)- she will say that she is the director and yell at you. Do not try to pay for a set of procedures in advance! Upon arrival at the salon, it turns out that there are 2 times fewer of them! And what is written on the website and what the salon staff told you on the phone is not true. They're just scammers and bullies.
