I'll start with the good thing: good quality clothes in a classic style, good composition, wear for a long time. The store is small, but there is always something interesting. I love the products of this store. What did not please and discouraged the desire to make purchases in the future: they do not refund money to another card or in cash, only to the one from which the payment was made (the fact that the card may be lost / expired or missing for other reasons does not bother anyone...or refusal to refund funds for a NEW product with a receipt within the period stipulated by law. I returned the funds only from the 3rd time I arrived at the store, when I returned from a business trip with the card... The 2nd visit to the store was due to the disinformation by the bank that a refund is possible. It should be noted that the staff were involved in solving the issue and did everything to solve the problem. That's just disgusting... a lot of effort/time/resource has been wasted... Be careful and have a good shopping experience
