When asking for help, to help prompt a set of information on an ATM, they are rude and leave, saying at the same time that it is your business that you do not succeed. And how can a grandfather figure it out if he is 85 years old? They say the instructions are on the wall, figure it out, I wonder if they are at that age, they will read the instructions when their eyesight is no good. Shame on these administrators of this department.
