In fact, you can put all 5 stars. The staff is really trying to help, friendly. Three minutes before lunch, three employees quickly entered the registration information from 2 halls (table 10 and table 2 or 3), also accepted the documents for the child's passport, and the cashier accepted the payment despite lunch time. Many thanks to these people for their human attitude and professionalism. But there is always a fly in the ointment or a black sheep: a week earlier, we came to the same PSC to change the error in the marriage certificate, one letter, and also in the birth certificate. In Hall 1, DJUNUSHEVA J. is sitting at the first table. this employee spent a long time lecturing on how to be attentive, sighing that there was a lot of work and that she would only correct the birth certificate at first, and it would take "a whole hour" and it was difficult, and only the next time she would tell about the marriage. She was outraged that Naryn residents were fools and that there was a "complete f@pa" that made such mistakes with documents. She couldn't get the documents out of the computer, in general, she seemed inadequate and incompetent in her business. We picked up the documents and went to another PSC in Kant on the same day, there was business in the area. An extremely small waiting area. There are a lot of visitors, and a dozen more employees are required for normal operation. An obscure queue system. Mobile coupons are mixed with first-come, first-served coupons. A person is called by a ticket within 1-3 minutes, if he does not fit in the end, the "serviced" mode is turned on, while no one is physically serviced at this time. It feels like employees are being paid for the number of coupons they have received, rather than the number of people they have actually served.

The worst PSC in Bishkek, there is a boor at the reception desk who cannot write a list. Before I could finish, she just got up and went about her business. I'd rather go to another location. Of all the PSC that I managed to visit, this is the worst. It is almost impossible to sign up through the app. If you take a ticket, you have to sit in line for 5-6 hours. They cannot provide advice at the information desk. Employees are mostly either not competent, or just lazy and don't want to work. We approached the boss - he doesn't even want to talk.

I was not too lazy, I specially registered to leave a review.I am extremely grateful to the employee of the Oktyabrsky PSC Kenzhe ezhe, she solved all my problems with documents in an hour, I sat in queues for a month before her and I was sent back and forth.thanks also to the head of the registry office of the oktr district and the director of the PSC of the okt district in solving my document.problems.there are still polite people in the world)

There is no such mess in any PSC, the electronic queue stupidly does not work. The screen is on for visibility, some guy says the numbers himself and everyone comes in without a queue. As a result, the nervousness is terrible. I had a coupon M93, when I began to resent the mess, call the call center, suddenly an inscription appeared for me to go through window 3. I pass, there is a madam with the number M98, who was not on the screen. Will anyone be able to put things in order here?????!

There are huge queues to take a ticket, you need to stand in line for 30 minutes and ask the employee, but she can ignore it even for 3 times. The department can be closed simply at will and will not even hang a sign with an explanation. It's hot in the department, it's cooler in the summer in the sun, but neither the windows open nor the air conditioner turns on.

The busiest PSC, opening hours are from 8 a.m., but even if you arrive there at 6, then sign up for a live queue on some piece of paper or in a notebook before its opening, I have never seen such wildness and scandals as I saw here.

The information desk does not know anything, they give a ticket and send it to wait all day, the ticket was taken from 10:00, it was accepted only at 19:00 ! To ask a question, you need to sit out the whole day. This is some kind of nightmare. Every employee does not finish something, and every time they have to finish something with the documents. It feels like the employees are not trained in anything, people are sitting on the street. Dissatisfied, they do not finish the work to the end, just so that you leave faster and do not touch them. A HUGE REQUEST, TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES It's one thing to sit out a lot of time and get a full consultation and a full list of documents that you need, but in fact you wait so long, you are accepted somehow, they do not finish the full information and every time something is not completed, and all this in a circle.
