Modern building, clean rooms. There are queues in the morning, there are not enough seats in the lobby, at the reception and near the offices. The staff is qualified and polite. I would like to note the work and express my gratitude to the oncologist-surgeon Bearing Valentina Iosifovna for her competence, attentiveness, patience and friendly attitude towards patients. We wish all medical staff to have these qualities, health and success in their work. There is a pre-appointment at the center for an appointment with doctors and for an examination. Visitors are given detailed instructions on how to prepare for special procedures. Chairs and wheelchairs are provided for non-walking patients.

My mother got sick, got her a referral for a consultation, and it was very difficult to get there (she was already in a wheelchair). As a result, I was completely disappointed. The doctors may be competent, but they didn't help us in any way. By the way, we stayed there from 8 to 17, it's just hell. The medical staff's attitude is terrible.

I have been visiting this center for 4 years. Good medical equipment. I am serviced on a paid basis (from consulting a mammologist to ultrasound and mammograms). Citizenship of the Republic of Belarus, but it's more convenient for me. Let's say, not in the direction, but for yourself. What I would like to make public for those who need an examination. The list of paid services on the RNPC website is listed and quite extensive. The last time I was examined was 04/05/2024. Pre-appointment with a mammologist (appointment before 15 o'clock), on the eve of ultrasound, the results are on hand. Momography was refused a self-examination, only with a doctor's referral. This service is on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 15 hours. If you plan to record in the morning, plan another hour and a half before that. 1. Conclusion of the contract (only on the day of the scheduled examination)!!! The queue is alive. 2 specialists are accepted. 2. Payment at the checkout. 3. Take the card (get it) at the reception. There is a general waiting list for patients on a paid basis. My treasured ticket was the 44th in line. Mammography painting (result) in my arms an hour later, maybe a little more. It is not clear whether the result will be taken out into the corridor or periodically knock on the door. Nobody explains anything to anyone. With the final examinations, go back to the doctor. I was lucky, the doctor I needed was not in surgery. Yes, I almost forgot... No one has canceled our sister-in-law yet: the junior medical staff will squeeze their brother, matchmaker, godfather or just a neighbor in front of your nose. Therefore, do not even plan to take time off at work, take hours at your own expense. The whole day will be just right. I would also like to mention another negative - this is the boorish attitude of nurses and receptionists towards patients. It feels like it's filling in honey. It is this niche that is being created. I don't want to offend anyone, but it looks exactly like this. Yes, you have a lot of patients and severe ones in the clinic, but this is your profession and your choice in it. Be more respectful to us. No one has canceled the culture of behavior yet. Don't act like Gods!!!

I won't say anything about the clinic and doctors, but there are moments that are just annoying. At 8 o'clock in the morning, as always, there is a huge queue at the reception, while waiting for your turn it can take from 30 minutes to 1 hour. As always, there are huge queues for doctors. I do not know why and how they prescribe an appointment to one or another doctor in such quantity, but if you come by 8 a.m., you will leave at 16-17 hours. At least you should understand that every doctor has a lunch break and has allotted time for a meeting (interview, consultation). And moreover, there is no electronic queue for doctors.

The place is sad, the electronic queue at the registry is huge in the morning, you wait for an hour and a half, During this time you will hear enough such stories that you already do not see the point of being treated)And the rest is an ordinary polyclinic, fortunately, I have not seen a hospital.They are not rude, and thank you.In outpatient surgery, there are just mental health workers.They are sensitive, attentive and the department is impeccable.Such a stream of people, and the order is nice to see.

The receptionist meddles in his business, the doctor raises his voice if you ask again, and she whispers something under her nose with a mask on her face.During the appointment, the nurse yells on the phone, so you can't hear the doctor.There are no new techniques as in private centers in Moscow Maybe they treat someone for money, but not all citizens of the Republic of Belarus, although it is written that this is a republican center.They're going to live out their lives on the periphery. Complete disappointment The only advantages are cleanliness all around and an electronic queue at the reception, and also transport links.

The staff is high-class, and this is encouraging. There is not enough space in the corridor waiting for the reception. But people do not express their dissatisfaction - because it is clear that it is necessary to be grateful for what is available! What are your wishes? There is no place for such doctors in such an institution. Although, Elena Semyonovna Demidovich stood up in his defense: you see, this is not a full-time employee of the polyclinic... He's so soft and good...why don't they teach ethics of communicating with patients with special health conditions?
