On the day of the examination, the device was brought at the appointed time, and also picked up on time for tomorrow. 3. The center has a pleasant reception staff, modern interior, new equipment. Minuses: There is one, but significant one. During the consultation, the doctor asked me what was bothering me. I replied that I had problems with snoring, to which a response was received: "According to the results of polysomnography, I do not see snoring. The microphone recorded three isolated episodes that are not related to snoring. Did you decide for yourself that you have snoring?" I replied that the girl constantly complains about my snoring. I also mentioned that the morning after the study, my friend (to whom I came to visit for this procedure, since I live in another city) said that I snored like a tractor. After that, the doctor replied: "You didn't hear the snoring, maybe they (the girl/friend) made it up? Or have you heard something else?" It is still unclear to me how snoring can be invented, given that this problem has been around for a very long time. And there are many people who have heard me snore more than once. I offered to show him a video where I was filmed on camera while sleeping at a time when I was snoring all over the apartment. I think that in this case, the specialist should offer to undergo a second polysomnography examination, since there is a witness who directly heard snoring with his own ears. After all, this is a technique, and something could have happened to the microphone. The cost of the service of 190 rubles is also considered strange, taking into account the above. There was no time for claims on the day of reception, because it was tied to the time of departure of transport to its city. I also attach a photo of the study, which shows that everything except the microphone worked correctly. As the doctor said, if he snored, the three-column area would be all black.

If you do not have time to receive patients, then increase the time of admission. The administrator, after asking when the reception would be, asked to wait, there were no apologies or attempts to smooth over the situation. We have left an entry in the book of comments and suggestions, we are waiting for a response. If you want to waste your time, contact the Healthy Sleep Center, we will not set foot here anymore.

The nurse made a recording, told me to wait 20 minutes for the transcript. After 50 minutes of waiting, I asked if my ECG was ready. The answer was that the doctor was free and would look at it now. At the same time, there were practically no patients in the center. After 1(!) minute, the ECG was given away. Printing and painting take up time, too. 1 star for a pleasant-looking interior.

I turned to a psychotherapist for the first time in my life, unfortunately, and perhaps in some ways for the better, I got an appointment with Yulia Leontievna, I worked with this specialist in the "center for healthy sleep" for only a couple of sessions, then all the sessions went to private order in the office / house, there were many sessions, I trusted, I worked on of course, but nothing has moved for a large number of sessions, the diagnosis has not been made, the medical treatment was prescribed incorrectly (as another trusted specialist assured me in the future, who diagnosed and prescribed treatment during just a few sessions), as the doctor herself said to my questions about my "treatment": I will diagnose you she did not expose, and she did not prescribe the same treatment (the question is, what was it at all then), I kept hoping, I believed her words, actions, but everything was in vain… Then, unfortunately late, it began to dawn on me that something inadequate and abnormal was happening, this doctor treated my ancestors, whom I had to visualize with the help of my consciousness/subconscious, whom I had never even seen and did not know, and this happened for many sessions in a row, even then I began to suspect that this is some kind of absurdity, and I was not mistaken, in the end, already 2 adequate specialists assured me that this is not a practicing method, but a pseudo-method that has not been proven by any science, so what in the end? I gave a lot of money, and all subsequent questions about the diagnosis and other nuances were only vague answers and complete renunciation, all the time it was: pay, come to the center, and I will answer your question (considering that all the work with her was at home, not in the center). People who read this, who have any disorders, or you suspect something is wrong with yourself - go past this specialist, for the good of yourself, do not get caught as I got caught unknowingly, there are reasonable proven doctors who will not give you such a "game", more precisely on you to practice this. I do not understand how such people can safely exist knowing that the people who turn to them need real help, trust, and follow all instructions. It's disgusting and painful. I have all.
