My piggy was in critical condition. They refused to take us to Bazilevsky because they arrived late, they only offered an inspection. And we went to Kulibin, 7. As the boys worked quickly, They took appropriate tests and an examination. We fought for my baby's life for 3 hours. The guys did everything professionally, but we didn't have a chance. We fought until our last breath. We had a tick. 2 numbers were on Chelyuskintsev, the diagnosis was not determined. The boys are very decent doctors, professionals in their field. A low bow.

On August 19, my pet and I went to the vaunted clinic with a problem (the cat couldn't go to the toilet) after two appeals on the 19th-20th and having given not a small amount, we realized that it was not getting better, he was slowly dying. It's hard to watch, especially when children are still crying, looking at the torment of their pet. On the evening of August 20, we went to this clinic, in tears we begged for help, they did not give us hope, he was heavy, they left the cat for the night. I do not know how the girls who were on duty were able to get it from the other world. I would like to say a huge thank you to them!!! Ksenia Alekseevna, our savior, helped us more than once, so we were in the clinic for two nights and 3 days, then we came for ivs. Now our family is in full force! Thanks to all the vet.to the doctors of this clinic, since there is not a single one who would not help us all these days! Prosperity to your clinic and grateful patients!!!
P.S. at the expense of prices, yes it is an expensive pleasure, but not more expensive than others! We don't regret the money when we see the result! We still have a puppy and now it is one digit only on Kulibin 7

Good evening. Previously, when I read reviews that began with the words "If you want to "ruin" your pet, go to the clinic," I thought this would not happen to me - I was wrong. The first time we contacted 04.09.2022, it so happened that at that time I was out of town and my mother had to go with our cat. The diagnosis was made immediately: urolithiasis. And then, as in a dream: expensive treatment, endless ultrasounds, ivs, pills, a catheter, with which we did not receive a single document in our hands: how much does it cost, not a single check - NOTHING!!! Our cat didn't get any better. Upon arrival, I personally contacted the clinic so that at least something could be done to make our cat feel better. The consultation was conducted in complete unsanitary conditions, they showed me an ultrasound on the screen, where they clearly stated: "A large accumulation of sand!! It is necessary to treat!" Again an unreasonable amount for admission, again without an appointment sheet and without a calculation sheet. I would add that when installing a urethral catheter, despite the fact that we clarified how best, whether a hospital was possible, we were categorically answered: No, a hospital is not needed, it is better at home. The cat tore off the catheter with his paw, looking ahead, in 2 clinics of our city, to put it mildly, they were surprised that such a thing was impossible!! Question: How was this catheter installed? Now we are on the mend. Just because the correct diagnosis was made and the correct treatment was prescribed in another clinic. And, as it turned out, we did not observe sand on the ultrasound, but just had to take a general urine test from our "pet"!!! The hell that our beloved family member went through and we will not wish anyone together. I sincerely wish everyone to find their veterinarian and a clinic where they will correctly diagnose and correctly prescribe treatment. It is a pity that we do not even have any ultrasound results, calculations, or receipts left to appeal to Consumer Protection, but only a desire to protect us, ordinary people who love their pets and are ready to give the last, from the negligence of such "veterinarians".

My dog was vaccinated, she felt good after it. I was given nutritional recommendations, and my pet does not have enough vitamins, it needs to be given. The doctor who saw us was completely satisfied with me, I liked him, I have an uncooperative animal, the doctor easily found contact with the dog.

The cat was already very weak, but they said let's treat it (treatment is more expensive than putting it to sleep), although there has been no horantia for years. While the IV was being dripped, she was lying slightly alive, they said yes to my question so far. And they themselves rather slipped contracts to sign for the payment of services (160p. IV and ultrasound). The cat died a couple of hours later (((((((. They knew this and tortured the poor animal. God is your judge.

At the same time, they profit from the grief of people who come to them out of desperation. Since there is no alternative to a round-the-clock vet clinic in Mogilev. Our story is as follows: 07/17/2021 we arrived at this office around nine in the evening and brought a cat. The condition of the animal at that time was clearly not satisfactory: pale gums, rapid heartbeat, pale blue nose, breathing with his tongue hanging out, at home he vomited 5 times, abdominal pain. For about an hour he was "examined" there, I can only call it torment: ultrasound, X-ray of the abdominal cavity in two projections, blood was taken. When they took the blood, it didn't even want to go, it was thick. I insisted on an IV, they wanted to send it without it. After that, they gave three injections and gave almagel. On the ultrasound, everything seemed to be normal, on the first picture of the direct projection they said that the inflamed intestinal tract, on the side projection there was allegedly a foreign body. They poured barium and sent us home, saying that we had to arrive before eight o'clock in the morning for a second picture. At the same time, there is no diagnosis, no treatment. To the question I asked, they answered that they would live! THE RESULT is DEATH at home in TERRIBLE AGONY at 2:50 a.m. on 18. 07. 2021. The amount of 153 bel.rub. There is no price list on the information stand, and we have not seen it. And also, in the documents that were given to us, the list of services provided and their cost are not provided.

However, this organization refused to accept the puppy! On May 9, out of desperation, I didn't work, so I went here, came, told what was wrong with the dog, so this non-veterinarian gave my dog the wrong diagnosis, prescribed the wrong treatment, while behaving rudely. he tried to sell me a tick injection, if I'm not mistaken, for 70 rubles. after talking with friends, he generally has any injection from only 70 rubles. I gave 93 rubles for visiting this institution. They gave me the check, but when they punched it, they asked if I needed it? I need it!!! in general, if you don't want to ruin your pet, never bring it here. read reviews about this clinic, ask anyone and they will tell you that the veterinary clinic itself is bad.
