Double Room (two single beds) + breakfast 4,990rubles per day. The price is great!
There is a small refrigerator in the room, a hair dryer, an old small TV, WiFi is pretty good, sometimes it is dull in the evening, but not critical.
Hot water according to the schedule: in the morning from 8:00 to 10:00 in the evening from 18:00 to 23:00 is also good.
It's too bad that the +7 phone number isn't listed here and it doesn't mention the existing tg bot (I didn't use it).
Bottom line: the tired rental price is an excellent price for those amenities that are presented, a solid five!

It was a beautiful hotel... once upon a time, probably 20-30 years ago. Now everything is dilapidated. The once stylish and expensive interior looks more like tired antiques that are completely out of place. By the way, the TV in the room was old, square, but it showed well. The beds were very comfortable) Hot water is given in the morning for several hours and in the evening from 18-23 hours, it seems. The hotel lobby is currently being renovated, and the rooms may be renovated soon. The breakfast buffet is modest, but quite tasty, homemade. Omelette and fried sausages came to me. Regular instant coffee. For such a price (a room without a balcony with two single beds - 4900 rubles) - it seems to me a little expensive. But the city center!

We stopped three times. The first time there was a business room, it certainly doesn't pull on business, but it will go for a couple of nights, the second time there was a comfort room, there was one pair of slippers in the room, air conditioning, a decent TV, the hood in the toilet was working, the toilet was locked, the room was WARM, the bed was clean. We booked a room by phone for the third time, the girl said that there would be the same comfort room, well, OK, we checked in and I was horrified, the room is of the same category, but! there is no air conditioner, the TV is small and square, it is not clear what years (thanks at least in color), there are no slippers, the toilet does not close, the hood is in the toilet it doesn't work, it's COLD in the room and the audibility from the street is like the window is open, the bed is smoky. I went to the girl at the reception to find out why two rooms of the same category are so different?! The girl did not give any answer, but only said that she could return the money... They said that a locksmith would come now and look at the door to the toilet, which would not close, of course no one came. I was terribly disappointed with such an attitude towards the guests and such rooms (the price, by the way, is the same as for a suite in our city). The room is dirty and very cold.

The location is a plus. The price tag for everything is pretty overpriced. That's where the advantages end. The exterior, the interior are not that tired, it is clear that everyone "scored" on this hotel and now you do not need to write off the war. Elementary glazing in a working hotel cannot be through one. All the equipment since 2000 is clear and there are no special complaints, but bedding, pillows, mattress-this is simply unacceptable! A heavy smell of sweetness, stains (think about the nature of their origin)! The rooms, which open with the most ordinary metal key like Pinocchio's, have a 'back to the past' atmosphere. The staff is trying, but the question for the managers is: what are they wearing? What do they allow themselves? All rumpled, manicures for a nightclub. Is the locksmith standing at the reception and telling a joke, is the guard flirting with the waitress? You stand and immerse yourself in this comedy club, willy-nilly. A special impression from the chef who came to our hall-I didn't want to eat! a dirty torn tunic and he periodically wiped his hands on his sternum-such a sight.
But the worst thing comes in the evening-the contingent slides down and this is a real hotel for rent.
In general! Donetsk is tight with hotels, everything is always busy, but the same Park Inn 5 minutes away is at least something like a hotel with outstanding, but at least some standards!

I booked a room for 10 days. I arrived during the heat wave.
(In the information of the hotel, it is indicated that there are air conditioners in the rooms) , they checked into the room, the air conditioner did not work, when asked to resolve the issue, I received the answer: "there is a fan in the room." + problems with hot water , well, this is the norm for Donetsk.
After numerous requests , they were moved to another room where the conder worked , but there was no water pressure 🥲
Room cleaning , it is not clear at all what schedule they clean , on the 5th day , at the request , they carried out a wet cleaning and towel change.
The kitchen is not bad, the food is delicious and affordable ₽

A good hotel, taking into account the specifics of Donetsk. The room is clean, the furniture is old, but tolerable. There is no hot water at night, but this is how all the inhabitants of this wonderful city suffer. The staff is friendly, cards are accepted for payment. Wi-Fi is sometimes intermittent. The parking lot is small, but I got in. A room for two cost only 3400 rubles, which is relatively inexpensive. What I didn't like was the lack of soap and shampoo.

Probably, the problems that currently exist in the hotel are not specific, but the problem of the region as a whole. The hot water supply does not correspond to the stated schedule, and the prefix "hot" is formal. More precisely, I would say not as cold as from a cold tap. The breakfasts are sorted quickly, the filling of the dishes is not monitored, the dishes are not removed from the tables and I did not find a designated place for dirty dishes to clean on my own. The room stock is worn out, the bed linen is poorly ironed. I can't tell if it's a system or not, because I've only stayed at this place once. In general, there is something to work on. I wish this region to get back on its feet as soon as possible! The receptionist Marina is very friendly!

The service is at -1...... they don't want to clean the room at all, they change the linen in the room if you only ask them, at 9 a.m. you come for breakfast with almost nothing left of the food.You won't get hot water-they promise from 18 to 22, it flows barely warm.

It is quite a good hotel for Donetsk. And the prices are reasonable. The most important thing is water every day, cold water all day, hot water in the morning and evening. The elevator works, but only up to the 7th floor, then on foot.
There was a kettle in my room, but there were no cups for it. They took it downstairs for breakfast. By the way, although there is a small choice of breakfasts, but everything is basic, you will not stay hungry.
One of the disadvantages is that one of the bedside sockets did not work in the room, the shower gate leaked at both joints (there is no gasket, apparently). And the TV is 14’ for such a room, it's funny, I didn't even see him with glasses from the bed.
There is parking on the street, but it is difficult to find a place during the day, in the evening without problems.
And so in general I recommend it.

I don't know who all these wonderful people are who give 5 stars, but it's terrible) We also believed the reviews and booked a room. We went in, looked at it and left, despite the fact that we had already paid. The photos were apparently taken at a time when everything was still new and fresh. In fact: a worn-out bedspread (although they do not smoke in the rooms), washed bed linen, old furniture, some kind of century-old TV. This is just what immediately caught my eye) My husband said, "Well, no, I don't need to pick up anything here." It gives the impression of just a banal hotel for overnight meetings. I apologize if I offend anyone. I understand everything, the frontline area. But even in neighboring Makeyevka there are decent mini-hotels where everything is clean and tidy. For comparison, in Moscow, for the same price, you can rent a room in a decent hotel. I understand that because of ITS prices in the region are being increased several times. But there must be at least some kind of price-quality correspondence.

A cozy, clean and warm - and inexpensive - room, friendly and always ready to help in resolving situations and problems at the reception, a small cafe-bar at home (although prices are like an average cafe in the center of Moscow)...
