The registry office could not answer anything about this and sent it to the head so that she could tell which specialist to contact. I have not met such boorish, to put it mildly, "uncultured" behavior, having been served in this clinic for about 15 years. Head MALAKHOVA ELENA FEDOROVNA, instead of spending 1 minute of her time and telling whom to contact, spent 10 minutes in a raised tone with an outsider medical staff outraged that she had a lot of work. Quote: "... maybe you will check all the cards for me, and then I will tell you who to contact ..." It is not surprising that the rest of the clinic staff allow themselves rudeness. Under the former head of VOLCHEK ALLA VLADIMIROVNA, no one allowed themselves such a boorish attitude, and she even more so. And now there is no hint of the high-status, solid polyclinic that it was before. The atmosphere in the team is created by the head (conclusion from practice, since I am the head myself).
