I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of polyclinic No. 14 for their high professionalism and care. Special thanks to the head of the department, Vova Yu.V., for her attentive attitude and prompt appointment of examinations. Thanks to her recommendations, I had consultations with a neurologist, rheumatologist, cardiologist, which allowed me to start the right treatment.
Special thanks to cardiologist E. Pisarenko .B. for competent recommendations and attentive attitude. I also thank the physiotherapists, namely T. Koleda, for the course of procedures that have significantly improved my well-being.
I would like to express special recognition for the help of my elderly mother: she was assigned to the polyclinic, despite the fact that she came from another city, and they arranged for O.I. Ptichkin's surgeon to visit her home.
