A wonderful store in terms of location, equipment, and interiors. The only drawback in this sense is a steep staircase to the trading floor: not everyone can do it. Is it really impossible to install an escalator in such a visited shopping facility?
But the main and easily removable puncture is the people who work in the trading floor. I understand that the product distributor is not required to answer questions, but there are no others who can be asked these questions in the hall. Today, for example, I asked where the Food & Go products that were placed in a separate refrigerator had gone. Today it turned out to be empty. The girl explained without a shadow of a doubt that they were all sold, and it was only by chance that I found them in the culinary department. Another time, when I asked about Lyakhovichi curds, the lady who was laying out the goods in the dairy department answered me rudely and indignantly: "We don't sell their goods!" Whereas they are almost always on delivery, and why the girl is outraged, I do not understand.
I have no complaints about the people at the self-service checkout. They are polite and will help if necessary.

Место атмосферное - со старыми деталями интерьера. Второй этаж - Евроопт с едой и хорошим выбором полуфабрикатов и выпечки собственного производства. На первом этаже - кафетерий со вкусными сладостями и напитками. Но есть и бар с алкоголем и закусками, поэтому контингент на первом этаже очень разношерстный.
Корзиночка с белковым кремом - просто огонь. Прекрасно сбалансированный вкус по старинной рецептуре. Стоит дороже, чем в других местах. Но точно стоит того.
А еще вкусное и недорогое мороженое на развес во вкусном вафельном рожке. Актуально для лета.

A colleague brought a Dream cake to work - and I really liked it. I decided to buy such a cake for a family holiday . The cake was bought on 07/8/2024 and the marking is that it was made on the 8th. But what I bought was some kind of horror. There were a lot of light biscuits. And the cream is not enough. And the worst thing is that the biscuit was baked very dense and without impregnation. Like a gingerbread but without taste. If it's such an old biscuit. That's how they would make the impregnation. Any cake will be better than this cracker with cream. The quality is not constant.

Неплохой уровень обслуживания, вкусная еда, правда цены к сожалению не совсем дешёвые, но далеко не дорогие. Очень вкусно готовят различные пирожные по типу корзинок, а также сырники с вишневой начинкой, очень советую попробовать. Единственное что не совсем пришлось по вкусу, так это само обустройство что при на самом деле не особо большой торговой площади не так-то и легко обыграть. Хотелось бы больше комфорта вдобавок к высокому качеству обслуживания и качественной продукции.

Когда приедете в Минск - не нужно бегать по разным магазинам в поисках хорошего шопинга: достаточно посетить два знаковых в этом смысле места!
Это ГУМ и ЦУМ.
Здесь напишу про ЦЕНТРАЛЬНЫЙ. Вы погрузитесь в атмосферу старых добрых времён СССР, но как будто в "Берёзке"! Выбор и ассортимент богатейшие, а цены не выше, чем в других магазинах. КУпите здесь всё и сразу (сбережёте кучу времени)! Заодно получите удовольствие от самогО процесса!

Кафетерий просто чудесный! Очень большой выбор пирожных, десертов и т.п. всё настолько вкусное, пальчики оближешь) мы с подругой были в восторге от вкусовых качеств выбранных пирожных. Всем рекомендую побывать в этом кафетерии и попробовать понравившуюся вкусняшку.

Про сам универсам ничего конкретного, обычный большой магазин. НО. В кафетерии много сладкой выпечки и видов кофе. Целью было попробовать легендарное пирожное Мечта и кофе Оскар, рецептура которых оригинальна со времён СССР и держится в секрете. Действительно, вкусно))) Минус за крайне неприветливого продавца и кучу забегаловок в закутках с различным алкоголем. Контингент и запах соответствущие( Можно присесть за столик с видом на сам проспект спиной к "прелестям" и наслаждаться вкусняшкой.
