It's a very atmospheric and unusual place. The new church was built inside the destroyed old one. Very friendly priests. Amazing art cafe in the old monastery. We went up to the bell tower, there is a small museum with its own cozy atmosphere and history. We were accompanied by two girls, they told us a lot. You can buy souvenirs.

An incredible place! It seems to me that there is no need to restore the roof. Cover with something transparent from precipitation and leave as it is. Perhaps I have never seen such an impression of a collision with history anywhere. Restoring the roof will ruin everything. There is also a flood marker on the wall at the entrance to the church in 1931. Then the Western Dvina rose by almost fourteen (!) meters. It takes your breath away!

An unusual place. The beauty of nature, the high bank of the Western Dvina River, which is the natural border with Latvia. Family atmosphere and peace of mind. There is a museum on the territory of the church, a real border post. You can hear the bells ringing, climb the bell tower and even ring the bells. Parts of the temple require reconstruction. With God's help, the parishioners, under the guidance of the rector, are carrying out work on the conservation of the building. These people create the conditions for the revival of the church. There is no better location to hold a sacred music festival here. The hospitable and mysterious Druja beckons to you. I will definitely come back here…

Another amazing place where a self-respecting traveler should get to. Unfortunately, at the time of the visit, the temple was closed, but from the outside it is surprisingly beautiful and it is good that the upper vaults are covered with a roof, which allows you to somehow preserve the remains of ancient architecture. The temple stands in a beautiful place on the high bank of the river, beyond which you can easily see the shores of the neighboring country.

The kindest father serves in the church. A volunteer club has been established at the church. Volunteers are restoring the church, maintaining the beauty of Druia, and offering a diverse program for local residents and tourists. They conduct excursions around the town of Druya. And, of course, the bell ringing!

The Annunciation Church is located in a wonderful place. The church was closed. There is a beautiful panoramic view from the shore. I recommend you to visit.

Druya is generally an ancient place. There are many unique historical places in it. This church is still under restoration, but there is something to see. Next to it, right on the shore of the Western Dvina, there is the purest spring, and on the other side is Latvia. The abbot is fr. Igor Chechukovich is a very interesting person.

Whoever gets to this corner of Belarus, well done. My father runs a youth camp. Artifacts are preserved in the old walls. There is a great view of the European Union from the shore. You can buy honey from the priest. Honey is delicious, tested on yourself.
