A rare example of Trecento Gothic in Italy. The church stands on the banks of the Arno, the building was slightly raised from the historical place where it was flooded by the waters of the river. It is not a functioning temple, but there is no clear timetable for the museum schedule. There are so many beautiful monuments in Italy and how difficult it is to get into them! There is active traffic along the embankment, it is even difficult to cross to the side of the church, it is best to turn to the facade from the bridge.
