Perhaps the oldest preserved wooden church in Belarus - the date of construction is quite reliably considered to be 1610, although it was subsequently rebuilt several times. But at the same time, the temple has preserved all the main features of Belarusian folk wooden architecture. Unfortunately, if there is no service in the temple, both the temple itself and the surrounding area are locked. But if you happen to be in Brest, you should find time to visit this place. From Brest there is a bus to Zhabinka quite often, with a passage through Zbirogi - a public transport stop is located directly opposite the church. After about an hour, the bus returns from Zhabinka, and you can take it back to Brest. There is a railway station a kilometer from Zbirog, so it is quite possible to use the train.
