I visited the Dough cafe twice and was pleasantly surprised each time. The main advantage of the establishment is their classic donuts, which are noticeably superior in quality to analogues from popular chain cafes. The dough turns out to be airy and not greasy. I was especially pleased with the choice of syrups that are served with donuts - they perfectly complement the taste of baking and allow you to try new combinations every time.
However, there are points that need to be improved. The interior lacks coziness, and the lighting should be made more comfortable. These details spoil the overall impression of the place a little.
Nevertheless, for the sake of such high-quality donuts and delicious syrups, it is definitely worth a look. Even if you happen to be here, you will not regret the visit.

Since the establishment is located next to the house, we were regular guests there.

But the level of service has become disgusting: the tables are dirty, the staff is not customer-oriented (they may not say hello, they may not say goodbye, they are reluctant to answer additional questions. questions)
But the biggest problem is that sometimes it's just not possible to buy coffee). The institution does not open on time (the institution is open from 10:00, we arrive for breakfast at 10:15, the institution is closed and this is not an isolated incident, but a trend)
+ in the last 2 weeks alone, we came to the cafe 3 times for coffee, but the staff was not there, we waited 10 minutes, rang the bell, but no one came out, and once the staff simply closed the front door to the cafe because they were smoking around the corner, we had to wait until they finished smoking for 5 minutes:))))
It may be worthwhile to conduct some kind of training for service personnel, or to develop some standards for the provision of services, because it is a pity to stop going to an institution, since the coffee is good, but it is simply impossible to close your eyes to the service(

A couple of days ago, I went to get bumble, there was no change (3p coins), I gave 10p and said, do it without change. I haven't seen such a contemptuous look with rolled eyes for a long time) and from a child 10 years younger than me. The last time, yesterday, when I went to get myself two pies and lemonade (an HOUR before closing!) I was treated rudely, they didn't greet me, and I received service as if I was covered in slime and stank. AND THE FINALE!!!! I was waiting for the pies outside when I saw that the bag with them was on the counter - I go inside and ask about my lemonade. So that you understand, this MIRACLE in the photo takes lemonade out from behind the bar and angrily puts it on the table!!! Thanks for not throwing at me at least! A low bow. To my comment that you can put lemonade instead of throwing it, I saw a facial expression in response, as if shit was smeared under your nose. If the manager is reading this, look at the cameras)
Appeal to the head of the institution. I have discussed this issue with all the friends with whom we regularly visit you. You are killing your establishment yourself, without controlling the professionalism of the staff in the hall (I speak as a man who has killed half his life in the restaurant business). Please ask your "alts from Aliexpress" to wash their hair at least once a week and teach them how to say hello. You will see for yourself how well things will go.
